Grow Strong Fitness specializes in using the total gym system. The "Total Gym" is a brand name and product line of exercise machines used for strength training, stretching, and pilates training. This form of exercise achieves total body and core strength in a SHORT period of time .

Post rehab and progression training after surgery or injuries . 

Senior fitness and balance training. 

Group Personal Training

This option offers personal training in a group setting available for small groups of 2-4 people using the same functional training methods mention above . More is better !  Saves money too !! The financial advantage of group rates help all to be consistent which is important for dynamic results.


Barre Class is a work out routine combining mixed elements of ballet inspired movements, using balls, bands, light weights, pilates rings and body bars. The movements are designed to help sculpt and tone your entire body and improve your health, posture and balance . Please join us at the days and times listed below. Class sizes are limited so please call to reserve your spot .
